Premium and Standard plan members receive priority scheduling based on their plan benefits.
Yes, you can add multiple devices to your care plan. Each additional device will be charged at a discounted rate:
- Basic Plan: Additional devices at ₹399/month each
- Standard Plan: Additional devices at ₹799/month each
- Premium Plan: Additional devices at ₹1,599/month each
You can manage all your devices through a single account, making it convenient to schedule service and track maintenance history.
If your device doesn't meet our standard eligibility criteria (typically due to age or condition), we offer these alternatives:
- One-time diagnostic service to assess if limited coverage is possible
- Refurbishment services to bring your device to eligible condition
- Trade-in options toward a new device that would be eligible for coverage
- Pay-per-service options without a monthly plan

You can change or cancel your plan at any time through your account:
- For monthly plans: Changes or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- For annual plans: You can upgrade at any time by paying the prorated difference. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of your annual term.
If you cancel an annual plan early, you may be eligible for a prorated refund minus any service costs already incurred. A small cancellation fee may apply.
